Activate is your essential warm-up routine for all our programs. It includes a range of dynamic stretches and mobility exercises designed to warm up your body and prepare it for different workouts and movements. Select exercises from the list that best suit your body's requirements.

Equipment Needed: None, but some exercises require a mat, superbands, mini bands, kettlebell, light dumbbells, foam roller, or PVC pipe.
