Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a Kinesiology degree and over eight years of experience. She has trained clients globally and excels in helping them build strength and improve mobility. Born without a left hand, Amy creatively adapts fitness solutions, enabling her to assist others in overcoming challenges. She is passionate about creating personalized, sustainable plans that help people move, feel, and perform their best.

Eric Weiss
Eric is a Certified Personal Trainer, ultramarathon runner, and business professional dedicated to helping others reach their potential. With a background in business management and years of gym management experience, he merges training science with effective strategy. As a CPPS and ACSM-certified coach, Eric focuses on building resilience, strength, and cardiovascular endurance when assisting with program creation.
